As a Sourcing Specialist, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches..
As a Sourcing Specialist - Commodity Management, you will be responsible for:
Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
Leading negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement
Managing claims Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.
Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
Handling communication with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have bachelor's from an university / college with at least 4 yrs of experience in Sourcing
Be a good team player and display good communication skills
Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Have previous experience in Indirect Sourcing Commodities and Agreements
Be proficient in MS Office, SAP and SAP Ariba
