Pre-sales executive is someone who is responsible for generating quality leads and managing the data.

Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Lead Generation:

-Research for new leads from different websites like EW, CBSE, NIRF, IPSC, TAISI, etc.
-Targeted lead extraction by geography, or type of school

  • Data Management:

-Upload all researched lead data on to the CRM & Google Sheet
-Compile leads generated from external events into CRM
-Accurate and timely updates in CRM should be done

  • Lead Qualification:

-Call on all leads with a minimum of 80 calls with 40 unique calls/day (Unique means not touched in previous 30 days)
-Identify prospects whose NDP match with CM Product- Mix
-Make potentials in CRM for Qualified leads
-Schedule meetings for qualified leads

Desired candidates Skills-

  • Good English communication - written and spoken
  • CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information
  • MS Excel and MS Word

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Advisory firm: 1 year (Preferred)
  • BPO Outbound services : 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)
