Job Description: Pre Sales Executive

A pre-sales executive is someone who is responsible for generating quality leads and managing the data.

Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Lead Generation: o Research for new leads from different websites like EW, CBSE, NIRF,

IPSC, TAISI, etc. o Targeted lead extraction by geography, or type of school

  • Data Management: o Upload all researched lead data onto the CRM & Google Sheet o Compile leads generated from external events into CRM o Accurate and timely updates in CRM should be done
  • Lead Qualification: o Call on all leads with a minimum of 80 calls with 40 unique calls/day

(Unique means not touched in previous 30 days) o Identify prospects whose NDP match with CM Product- Mix o Make potentials in CRM for Qualified leads o Schedule meetings for qualified leads

Desired candidates Skills-

  • Good English communication - written and spoken
  • CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information
  • MS Excel and MS Word

Educational Qualifications-

  • Minimum Higher Secondary
  • Relevant experience of more than 1 year and less than 2 years
  • BPO outbound Experience working in night shift
