Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Having knowledge in Nutraceuticals & Ayurvedic products, Contract Manufacturing of B2B
- Identification of clients / finalizing products / planning orders / servicing further.
- Coordinate with all the departments internally along with all departments of the client and resolve all issues pertaining to execution of orders / and works / commercial terms / regulatory affairs / legal / accounting etc.
- Comparison analysis between various products to understand client needs and suggest right product.
- Work on costing of products and be able to analytically work on cost optimization.
- Co-ordinate with operations to make sure that clients get timely delivery.
- Understanding regulatory and other requirements to comfortably answer client queries.
- Market research for prospective products.
- To generate business from existing and newly developed clients.
- Sales and Marketing of Nutraceuticals ingredients.
- Running Marketing campaigns to get the desired reach and visibility.
- Strategizing with the Digital marketing team to promote the finished products forms to the market by B2B.
- Segmenting the market and creating the right strategies to have a clear focus on the correct market.
- Creating sales forecast and analyzing demand for timely delivery of the product.
- Maintaining relations with client's key personnel and Management for long term business relations.
- Meeting and presenting to clients, the organization capabilities and products.
- Provide quotes to clients and negotiate to close deal.
- Skilled in developing, reviewing and reporting on the business development division's strategy and ensuring that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
- Competent in forming business partnership to ensure smooth functioning of business for both the parties.
- Any other job specially assigned by the Management from time to time.s
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
- Extensive experience as an general Manager in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, Herbal and Ayurveda products.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Strong data, analytical, and communication skills are also required.
- Candidates from Corporate / B2B industry are preferred.
