Summary

Perform and work with team on monthly payroll run, should actively participate in the payroll validations activities. Ensure, the assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline, co-ordinate with various payroll stakeholder and ensure all the required inputs are received on time. Ensure all the SOX evidences are captured and saved in the shared folder for ready retrievals during the external audits.

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform the fundamental payroll validations
  • Ensure deductions as per statutory compliance
  • Assisting in preparation of various statutory reports
  • Preparation schedule and various reports for accruals
  • Preparation of Full and Final settlement
  • Perform the off-cycle payroll run in the payroll system
  • Ensure timely initiation of off-cycle payment
  • Handle the employee queries and provide apt resolution on time
  • Audit evidences to be saved in the shared folder
  • Validate and approve the reimbursement claims
  • Validate the investment proof documents
  • Assists department in completion and understanding of statutory changes made by Government
  • Prepares, analyzes, and publishes monthly financial KPI for payroll
  • Maintains integrity of accounting and budgeting software systems by checking for errors and inconsistencies.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in India payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge in Payroll, Finance & Accounting
  • Good knowledge in SAP - GHR and Workday
  • Three or more years of finance and payroll experience
  • Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
