We are looking for polite , professional Call Centre Executive cum Admin to join our team to work with our attorneys in USA.

Only those who can speak US Accent fluently need to apply.

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Skill Required: US Accent

The candidate is designated to do both call centre job and office administration. Following are the detailed job roles of the candidates.

Sales & Marketing 50%

  • Make outbound calls to the potential customers and fix appointment with the client.
  • Create tickets on the system to notify the client side about the possible appointments.
  • Following up with the potential customers on regular interval (5 -7 times) via means of phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, direct mailing etc.
  • Keep in touch with existing, old customers and leads by adding them to the blog and social media platforms, email blast.
  • Manage marketing campaign, Liaison with SEO team and other marketing vendors, monitor social media and other marketing platforms such as website FAQ, Homeis and Threvo and respond and follow up with leads.
  • Identify super referrals and send gifts annually and devise other ways of keeping in touch. Mail in holiday greetings etc
  • Create weekly reports and maintain the MIS.
  • Create a sales pitch and improvise it according to the customer.
  • Notify the office about any important updates.

Admin 50%

  • Answer incoming calls and take proper action on each call.
  • Invoice and follow up on payments.
  • Taking care of mail and deadlines.
  • Inform client via phone and email about receipt of mail.
  • Entering deadlines with reference to RFE/ NOIR/NOID/ perm approvals/ biometrics/ interview notices in the calendar.
  • Sharing the calendar reminder with the office staff and the client.
  • Reminding client and office staff of the deadlines every week or automating so that every week’s reminders come via email.
  • Devising new systems to ensure deadlines are not missed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support role required
  • Should be a very strong communicator
  • US Accent is must
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Must be proactive
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Creative thinking
  • Must be a good listener
