Full Description


    • Ensuring timely receipt of both Exchange Files and GMI files into the BrokRecs Database
    • Ensuring that any issues relating to failed File deliveries are investigated and escalated as part of the team procedures to the Supervisor / Team Leader
    • Understanding of the detail delivered within the relevant Exchange Files and how these are absorbed into the Reconciliation Processes
    • Understanding the Products traded on each Exchange in order to articulate breaks to the correct stakeholders for resolution
    • Complete all assigned reconciliations in a timely fashion, mindful of ageing reconciling items
    • Completing accurate reconciliations and dealing with trade discrepancies of that particular market / territory
    • Completing checklists in a timely manner and performing functions according to procedures.

    • Observe proper standards of market conduct. Responsibility to ensure that you take reasonable steps to be fully aware of, understand and fully comply with all regulatory requirements and from all regulatory bodies that are applicable to your business.

    • Complete the Task Tracker
    • Understanding of impacts on clients and downstream departments, minimizing impact of resolution failures on these groups.
    • Create Trouble Tracker tickets whenever there is an IT issues or any issues with other department causing complications / spike in volumes
    • Ensure SOPs are up to date and are reviewed every quarter and obtain sign-off from onshore counterpart
    • To bring in controls / checklist to avoid possible issues with the process.
